The document is written in FrameMaker and then exported to HTML. Ian
Oeschger said he would convert the doc to DocBook so other people can
contribute. Before that happens, DOM ref is still a one-man effort :-(
I/O, what do you think about producing a skeleton TOC and index and
starting anew since the current doc is causing grief among its readers?
