You're quite right. I'd say we need a site structure first, but you do have a few good points about the existing organization. > > Follow the branding guidelines when referring to Mozilla products. > > The document is way outdated. On newer documents or older ones? Which ones? NOWRAP and NOMENU are a bit more on the technical side of things and aren't necessary for most people to know about; I think guidelines on using them might make more sense in the document that explains how to use them. > Can we advise against using <dl> for indentation? wait, you are using > it... damn. What are you talking about? There isn't a single <dl> in the whole document! > But seriously, there has to be way of presenting structure without using > indentation. <div class="section"> Yes, I need to get some documentation on this. I'll work on that when I finish the download script and 4510, though. :) > We should talk about Scope and Audience. That's a good idea. I think I'll make that into a suggestion for writing an abstract; that way the author's scope and audience is explicitly recorded as a reminder. ;) I think the part about ownership should go into a separated doc; getting permission seems more linked to the checkin process than writing guidelines. ~fantasai _______________________________________________ mozilla-documentation mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.mozilla.org/listinfo/mozilla-documentation
