You're quite right. I'd say we need a site structure first, but you do
have a few good points about the existing organization.

I've emailed Blizzard about it, so I'm going to wait on that.

Which ones?

NOWRAP and NOMENU are a bit more on the technical side of things and aren't
necessary for most people to know about; I think guidelines on using them
might make more sense in the document that explains how to use them.

Yes, I need to get some documentation on this. I'll work on that when I finish
the download script and 4510, though. :)

That's a good idea. I think I'll make that into a suggestion for writing an
abstract; that way the author's scope and audience is explicitly recorded
as a reminder. ;)

I think the part about ownership should go into a separated doc; getting
permission seems more linked to the checkin process than writing guidelines.
