It's come up before. Maintaining it would be a huge chore (it'd become inaccurate about every week, and only updating at the ends of milestones would be a big time commitment).

If someone wants to do it, there's no one stopping them. It's just that no one has volunteered to put in all this work.

Don't know what's happened to Brian Wilson lately (the site hasn't been updated since October 2003), but Blooberry DOT Css and Blooberry DOT Html (http://www.blooberry.com/indexdot/) give a pretty good appromixation of Mozilla support as of 1.4, including which CSS attributes actually *work*.
