You can insert forms in a very crude way by using the HTML Source tab in
on the Edit Mode toolbar (turn it on via View | Toolbars | Edit Mode
Toolbar, or simply pick "HTML Source" in the View menu.
Then you're in raw HTML mode.
You can also insert HTML source code at your caret position using menu:
