HTML tidy?

Composer / Editor in Netscape 6.1 is looking smooth :-)

It's miles better than my existing HTML editor: 1st Page 2000.
The only feature that seems to be missing for me is
the HTML Tidy routine
http://www.w3.org/People/Raggett/tidy/
with which I convert into appropriate &symbol; any accented characters 
in european foreign language texts.
Using the &symbol; meants the accent look okay on a Mac, Unix not just
Windows.

I looked for Tidy, in vain, under Format Paragraph.

Any plans?
