You can do that now from the menus.  Format|Size|x-large or whatever.

If you're talking about numbers for point size: those numbesr are a
bad idea in html because they do completely different things on
different platforms.  What your system shows you as 10pt, my system
might show me twice as big or twice as small.  (Ask any Mac or Linux
user about all the unreadable web pages due to people who designed on
Windows and made the point sizes wrong for other platforms.)

Since the point of html is usually to communicate information to
others (either on a web page or via email), the Mozilla editor is set
up so that the sizes will be standard html sizes and will be readable
by the person on the other end, regardless of what platform or browser
that person is using.
