On another point: I am manually editing the contents of an iframe which the
editor shell is observing (iframe.contentDocument.open() etc). When I
close() the iframe content document it fires a command off to the editor
shell which then tries to instantiate an editor. Is this a bug? Shouldn't it
accept that there is an editor already present and ignore the StateChange?
