It could be anything that doesn't create problems in today's browsers. My problem occured when I tried to use an XML parser on the edited file. Because I wrote /> at the end of the tag I expected Composer to leave this unchanged. The parser requires this. I know web browsers don't. Does this mean that /> at the end of the tag isn't valid HTML?
