I recently made a web page and ftp'd it to my website. The web page had some Greek letters in it. These were recognized by internet explorer (IE) but not by Netscape or Mozilla. Could somebody tell me why this is?
Even worse, I happen to have Netscape 4.8 because a certain application requires it, and it recognized Greek letters. So in order to make a universally recognizable page, I either have to stop using Greek letters or make them into pictures. I think Mozilla and Netscape should enable the use of symbol and other fonts. Bill Edelstein Schenectady, NY
