Spell checker in Mozilla 1.4 Composer

Hi,

I have Mozilla 1.4.  I am trying to figure out if there is a spell 
checker for the HTML composer.

I have read the help content and the website.  The website composer 
section lists spell checker as part of the package, but I just couldn't 
find it in my composer module.  Is it something I have to install 
separately?  Or is there an option that I missed which turns on the 
spell checker?
