Building standalone Composer

I have just checked in the build system. So you can now build your own 
standalone composer. The current version is only a starting point, so no 
flames please. It's the beginning of the story, we have not reached the 
cruise speed yet...

Build instructions available in mozilla/composer/readme.html (don't 
trust LXR yet, it's not sync'd to last version... Prefer a cvs checkout 
of the file)
