When I open this page in off-line mode with Mozilla Composer, the links are inactive, in any of the "Normal", "HTML tags" or "Preview" display modes. I have to switch to the "HTML source" tab to make sure that the links do exist, since they are defined by lines such as: <area shape="rect" coords="139,299,197,323" href="contact0.html"> If I open the same file in Mozilla's Navigator, all links are normally active, i.e. lead me to the other pages I have downloaded on my disk. Is this behaviour of Mozilla's Composer normal? Is it possible to make the links active, at least in the "Preview" mode that is supposed to be used to check the web pages you create with Composer? It seems difficult to check the links' behaviour if they are not active...
What exactly do you want Composer to do for an "active link"? Load the linked page in the same window? (What if there are changes in the current file?) Open the linked page in a browser window? In another Composer window?
I think it would be useful to show on the status bar where the link *would* lead to.
