If you right click at the end of a paragraph, the whole paragraph gets
selected. No other Windows application does this. Composer (Editor)
itself doesn't even do it if you are editing a plain text message.
In answer to one of the pundit's question :"What are you hoping to
right-click?", you click at the end of a paragraph to APPEND something
to the end of the line, or INSERT something between paragraphs.
You description says it is a RFE. The behavior you described *is* the
one we coded, hence it's not a bug, stricto sensu.
