Does anyone have a string to use in windows file associations to open a file in nvu using the edit option of the explorer context menu for html type files.
I tried all the ones I could think of, eg:
"c:\program files\nvu\nvu.exe" "%1" c:\progra~1\nvu\nvu.exe "%1" "c:\program files\nvu\nvu.exe" -file "%1" c:\progra~1\nvu\nvu.exe -file "%1" "c:\program files\nvu\nvu.exe" -url "%1" c:\progra~1\nvu\nvu.exe -url "%1"
(firefox uses the "-url" parameter)

They all open nvu, but the file never loads.
