The very first place to look is in Mozilla "Help" under "Creating Web Pages.

 A sample:

Mozilla Composer lets you create your own web pages and publish them on the web. You don't have to know HTML to use Composer; it is as easy to use as a word processor.


Then when you have more indepth questions you are welcome to ask here.

Personally I do not use the Mozilla Composer Publish feature, I like to connect directly by FTP so I can manage my files on ther web host server.  All the rest of Composer is great for what it does, make a very good basic web page and site.
