This would be subsumed under a generic 'Load URL', since the
home page URL should be tracked by the embedder, I think.

Yes on these two, though we still need a generic Find API
that doesn't throw up UI (dispense with law's FindComponent
in favour of UI-free Find APIs that Kin/Conrad have worked on).

Other commands to maybe add to this list:
      Save (as text/source) to specified file
      Character set related commands (whoo boy)
      Font size and/or user stylesheet commands

More borderline ones:
      Show Images (if auto image loading was off)
