Memory would be extremely tight without some heavy pruning but apart from
that I can't think of any fundamental reasons you couldn't do it. It would
be a lot of leg work though, especially hacking the Win32 stuff down to
build on WinCE. You could also consider building Mozilla with microwindows
and a handheld version of Linux.
