The embedding clients currently pull and build all of mozilla and copy 
out the files they need/want. We'll be improving the make system over 
time, but as of right now, we haven't tried to decide exactly what the 
"levels of Gecko-ness" include.

BTW, it's only been possible to separate the plain text editor from the 
HTML editor for about a week, and that's currently controlled by an 
environment variable at build-time.
