mfcembed is a more fully functional embedding sample than winembed. we'll
need to switch the smoketests over to it. chak, can you ellaborate here?

http://www.mozilla.org/projects/embedding/examples.html is the closest thing
right now. we don't have a live document that keeps the feature set of each
example in check. the supported functionality changes so often.
