Scrollbars missing

Hi i tried copying all the files mentioned in config/basebrowser-win in a
separate directory. The same structure but under a different root. When i
run mfcembed from that directory the scrollbars are missing !! Doing it from
the main directory is not affected. Any reason(s) why ?
