Need to have folks that checked in on the eve of 0.9 tree close
go back and look to see if they checked in code that could have
impact on memory usage/leaks...

Memory test results here . Memory usage has changed behavior dramatically. Even had negative slope on linear regression for the plain text test. Please goHEREto view all the results.
