essentially, both linux and windows embedding are failing due to blockers on NS6.  But, the embedding smoketesting process does not call for a full blown suite of tests.  I report pass/fail based on the "embedding" smokestests and/or whether or not an NS6 bug is blocking the performance tests from completing.  Bug 80723 is preventing performance tests from completing.  In the past, I have marked bugs blockers because they prevented performance testing without complaint.

So, if I understand correctly, you're failing the embed build because of
problems in the test infrastructure?  I'm not sure I understand the
value in that.

Right.  But don't those affect both Windows and Linux?  And yet Windows
passes.  I'm still not getting it, sorry.
