The choice of platform (Solaris vs Linux) is not really an issue.
The real issue is what toolkit you want to embed Mozilla in.
Currently, Mozilla depends on the GTK toolkit, which means that
it is impossible to embed Mozilla in an application based on the
Motif toolkit (which still is the default toolkit on Solaris).
