I'm trying to replicate what nsObjectFrame::GetURL() does, but I can't
seem to find an nsIContent.  Even if I get the root frame from the
presShell, its nsIContent is null.  How do I get the right nsIContent to
be input to LinkHandler::OnLinkClick()?
