Hi Moto:

   There is a link on the embedding site for a list ot minimum dll's. 

  http://www.mozilla.org/projects/embedding/howto/config.html
    I am not sure how up to date this list is any more..Of course this 
can be shortened further, or increased depending on the functionality of 
your software.
