How is embed-win32.zip built?

Hi,

I was wondering how the stuff that eventually ends up in
embed-win32.zip is built? Is it just repackaged from a normal nightly
build?

I ask because I'd like to build it myself, but I'm not certain what I
should be building it from.

Any help would be, er, helpful. And appreciated. ;)
