taking winembed completely out of mozilla

I was able to take the winembed sample test from mozilla and be able to run
it fine, but when I don't seem to be able to compile new files and have the
winembed.exe updated once it is outside of mozilla.
I copied the .dll files that it needs, along with the
mozilla\dist\win32O.obj\embed directory. 

How can I be able to compile the code and be able to update winembed.exe?
