I have no preference. Since the Mozilla control is (in principle) a drop-in
replacement for the IWebBrowser2 that's wrapped by CHtmlView, I would be
happy to work with either. My goal is to find an HTML renderer that
supports programmatic print/preview control.

My understanding is that work is in progress on getting print preview
implemented in Mozilla (see bug # 20943). No idea how far along it is.
