At the prompting of granrose and chofmann, I have
put together a new proposed sheriff schedule that
reflects the current org chart, including some
mozilla participation. Proposed is as follows:

   * 10-day rotation of 10 sheriff slots
   * Each sheriff group gets one slot, two smaller groups
will tag-team for one of these slots
   * Mozilla will own one slot

I have talked with some of the current sheriffs,
a common request I have heard was to keep the
days the similar to the current (but outdated) schedule

   http://www.mozilla.org/build/sheriff-schedule.html

with the exception of ftang's group who doesn't like Tuesdays.
A 10-day rotation means your number would come up every other week,
always on the same day of the week. Managers or group leaders
will be responsible for finding someone to fill their given
sheriff slot when it comes up. Proposed rotation:

Mon
   Mail (Putterman)
   XML/Dom (Nisheeth)
Tue
   Embedding (Valeski)
   Necko, xpcom (Gagan)
Wed
   I18n (Frank Tang)
   Performance (Cathleen) + JavaScript (TheSteve)
Thu
   Install, Editor (Syd)
   Layout (Kevin McClusky)
Fri
   Browser (Trudelle)
   Mozilla.org (Asa)

If you don't like the day you're on, or have other issues
we will talk about this at the end of the next 3pm meeting
this coming Wednesday. Replies/comments welcome.
