[EMAIL PROTECTED] did a lot of work that appears to have not landed. IIRC, the Sun people were working on a branch. They did not keep up with the evolution of the trunk xpidl compiler as new types were added. If anyone is offering to do new work here it would be good to reconcile the differences between the Sun branch and the trunk (likely using marcus' patches) first.

This module seems to be suffering from a lack of strong ownership. It looks to me like the original owner is no longer active.
