Sorry, I thought the Mac build instructions had been updated with the new location for the Carbonized files. You can find them at:

<ftp://url-manager.com/pub/MenuSharingClient.sit.bin>

You need the files "MenuSharing.c" and "MenuSharing.h" from that archive. Here's where they should go in the CodeWarrior folder hierarchy:
"Metrowerks CodeWarrior:MacOS Support:(Third Party Support):Carbonized Menu Sharing:"
