I modified the data display in my program to add "nowrap" to all table cells, because it looks screwed up otherwise.
As a consequence, a horizontal scrollbar is sometimes displayed. When this happens, the vertical scrollbar does not display, which prevents the bottom of the HTML table from being seen, it being obscured by the horizontal scrollbar. In other words, the vertical scrollbar trigger is based on the control's height instead of its client height.
