I am using Mozilla 1.3b. The ProgressChange event only ever fires with Progress and ProgressMax both being -1. Why is this?
Is there a way to test if the scroll bars are bing shown? (ether, or both) Is there an easy way to get the current page's favicon? Do I have to download it or will mozilla get it for me? Any answers would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
