WebPersist bug?

Is this a bug?  And if it is, does anybody know a workaround?

Go to.. (althought almost any CNN story page works)

Save the web page.

Then open the save page again.  Mozilla has corrupted the saved HTML. 
You'll notice stuff like two dates for the story line and the picture 
sidebar is too wide.

Near as I can tell it's executing the java script(s) inside the page 
twice.  Once before the save and then again when you open it again. It 
looks like it does a document.write() and then includes the data written 
in the saved HTML.

Thoughts?
