More precise information on accelkeys

Ok, as mentioned, accelkeys won't work, when focus is on or in an iframe. And this is the case with every embedding app example. Only mozilla can access accelerator keys when focus is in a tab.

A testcase is attached.

When loaded into mozilla, the accelkey F1 always works, when loaded into any embedding app (my app, mfcembed, winembed...) the accelkey doesn't work, when focus is on the iframe.

Can anyone provide any help on what to do about this?
