yes you can. You must call xpcom component (because it's a dll file) via jni technology. If you need any example of calling via jni, i have some. beatrice Philippe.

Hi!
I'm wondering if it is possible to open the mozilla mail and browser in a Java "window". I have a Java program (like a desktop system) and I would like to open an instance of Mozilla in a java "window" that I have in the program .
In other words I would like to take the whole mozilla application (mozillas frame) and put it in a JFrame or JPanel - I don't only want browser capabilities in the frame, I would like that the whole Mozilla application run exactly as normal, with all the functionality, but in a JFrame, Jpanel or something like that.......
Then, for example, if you wan't to open the mailprogram it opens itself also in the JFrame.....
Is it possible to do this? If it is - I would be grateful for some tips!!!
Big thanks!!
// Patrik
