Hi,

I'm seeing the same thing with my Delphi app that uses the Mozilla control. (Mozilla Control v1.7, Win2k, Delphi 6) I hadn't noticed this before. :(

My app uses the Flash ActiveX control via Adam's Plugin for ActiveX controls. Maybe installing the proper flash plugin would solve the problem?

Hello,

I am using Adam Lock's great Mozilla ActiveX Control together with
Delphi. Unfortunately I have some severe trouble whenever Flash-Movies
try to trigger loading a new document. Most Flash-navigations use this
feature. The movie itself looks good in the plugin and seems to work
out fine. However, if I click an element that is supposed to initiate
loading a new html file, nothing happens. Also, after I clicked the
first time, the mouse-pointer behaviour changes on consequent clicks.

In both Mozilla and Internet Explorer the respective movie works fine.

I encountered this problem using several embedding programs. It
consistently appears across a large number of installations (fresh
win98se, winXP, with/out Mozilla installed etc.) After working on this
issue for several days now i am rather desperate and would very much
appreciate _any_ suggestions. Also, I would like to hear from you
whether you encounter comparable problems.

Thanks in advance,

PS. To check if your setup does support Flash's GetURL, you can use any flash navigation that initiates the loading of html. An example would be www.gomio.com Clicking on their map makes the whole page reload in all my browsers except the control.

PPS. I tried using the Internet Explorer Component (reuseable
webbrowser) which worked out fine. Here the flash movie is able to
trigger the navigation-event.
