Getting notification for nsIStreamListener

Hi all, I want to get the notification for nsIRequestObserver::OnStartRequest(...) and nsIRequestObserver::OnStopRequest(...) I had implemented nsIStreamListener. What should i do to get the notification to OnStartRequest and OnStopRequest ? Please do help me in this regard. Thanks Raghavan
