The WindowWatcher and PromptService come to mind. Embedders commonly override the PromptService ContractID to leverage their own implementation.
When WebBrowserPersist is frozen, it should be added to this file as well.
Looking at nsModule.cpp, we might want to think about the DialogParamBlock class as well, but nsIDialogParmaBlock is not yet frozen either :-(
