Downloading Realaudio files

I would love to listen to all of the shows in
http://www.npr.org/programs/specials/vote/list100alphabet.html  (at
least if they sound radio quality)

I just have a modem, so trying to listen to them on-line is worthless.
I would love to turn my modem on and download them all night, but I
can't figure out how to download them at all.

Is there a way to do this?
