WHY do you want the BLINK tag? It's by far one of the most
annoying tags ever introduced, worked ONLY with Netscape,
and the feature is already simulated using a CSS property,
as mentioned by numerous other post. Maybe there are ways to
use it usefully, but using BLINK has been regarded a no-no
in various articles I've read.
And I think someone already mentioned that using the DIV tag
with CSS easily replaces the depreciated LAYER tag. And
every web designer should learn CSS. As a web designer
myself I found it a very liberating experience just
experimenting with the possibilities with it.
