You need to have a bugzilla "account" to vote, but that's very easy.
Just follow the instructions.
At least this means I'm not the only person in the world with this
problem! Based on your news headers, it looks like you are maybe a
Windows user? If so, it is not a Linux-specific bug. If so, you might
want to comment to that effect in bug 61049.
