mozilla.exe - well you know
viewer.exe - a MINIMALIST, and I mean minimal (no stop or 
reload buttton, I'm not sure cache is hooked up to it) Gecko 
browser.
psm.exe - the Personal Security Manager, which lets you 
visit secure sites, but it's currently broken.

As for the others, I don't know what exactly they are but 
judging by their names, most of them are test files, which 
to my knowledge isn't essential to run Mozilla, but used by 
some of the developers and testers.
