it's a bug in Mozilla. That script file is part of the chrome: open
comm.jar (with a zip utility) in the chrome directory and you will find
it. It seems to be related to focus issues, but I'm not sure. I don't
know if there is already a bug report in bugzilla. If not, you're
welcome to file one.
