C:\Program Files\Netscape\Netscape 6\netscp6.exe -compose or -editor 
<url> starts with messenger compose or editor

C:\Program Files\Netscape\Netscape 6\netscp6.exe -addressbook starts 
with addressbook

C:\Program Files\Netscape\Netscape 6\netscp6.exe -news starts with news
