Bug in NS6 can anyone confirm?

Follow the above link and move the scroll bar in the third box up or down.
In my version of NS6 all the surrounding boxes started to shift left and
right. Can anyone confirm this? I was trying the CSS supporting abilities of
NS6 since in NS4 they barely were supported. Now CSS support has improved a
lot in NS6 but this bug really astonished me.

I'm curious if Mac has the same bug.
