As the RSACi has just changed to using a different ratings tag, I'd be
interested in knowing myself. At the moment it looks as though there is no
development going on (looking at Bugzilla)
I imagine that not many children will be using Mozilla as their browser
so why waste the development effort on it until after 1.0? When things
have settled down.
