I've tried FreeAgent, and I can say that Xnews is much better that
FreeAgent.
It's available from the person who has developed it, at
http://xnews.3dnews.net/ and is only a 570kB download. It is a *full*
featured dedicated Newsgroup Reader. and has not once crashed on me!
What it does not have in looks it more than makes up for in
functionality and ease of use!
