Import Outlook PST File into Netscape 6

Hi,
    I don't have outlook installed on this computer that is running Netscape
6. I copied my PST file onto this computer which also has Netscape 6 freshly
installed on it. Now when I try and import my address book from Outlook, it
says " No address books were found to import" Can anyone help? Where is it
looking and what does it expect? Do I need to install Outlook again on this
computer. I would not like to as I would like to use Netscape on this
computer if possible.
