You must use a news reader or web browser capable of accessing Port 563.
Ensure that you have checked off: Use SSL (secure socket layer) in your
preferences. If you are using a browser incapable of the snews protocol,
then simply enter the server name as : secnews.netscape.com, in your
account set up, and subscribe to the groups accordingly.
